About

Pelco Builders, Inc. (“Pelco”) was incorporated in 1975 and 35 years prior to that it was a dba owned by Peter F. Pelullo Sr., founder of the company (Leonard Pelullo’s father).

In 2019 Leonard A. Pelullo, Peter’s son, acquired full control of Pelco and is President and CEO of the company. Pelco is a general contractor that self performs i.e. site work, excavation, shoring, concrete, site services, rough and finish carpentry; Pelco’s self-performing scopes are supported by our multi-million dollar investment in construction trucks and equipment. Any other scopes of work needed to complete a project are subcontracted out to all necessary subcontractors to complete the various projects. Pelco obtains its contracts through the bid process and private negotiations.

Pelco Mechanical

Pelco Mechanical Construction (“PMC”), established in 2020, stands as a provider of mechanical solutions such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Sprinkler services. PMC is a division of Pelco Builders; it has been part of all Pelco Builders' projects since its inception and has been coordinating all mechanical scopes. In October 2023, Marshall Lawrence assumed leadership, bringing over 35 years of invaluable experience to PMC.
